What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For more details, see our Return and Refund Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Our handling time is 2 business days. After that, delivery within the UK usually takes 4 to 6 business days. We ship orders Monday through Friday only.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier’s website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once processed, changes may not be possible.
